Mr. Householder has more than 35 years of increasing responsibility, leadership and demonstrated success performing corporate support and operations functions in highly dynamic and fast paced organizations supporting government and private sector clients.

Most recently, Mr. Householder was the Chief Operating Officer for the Navajo Nation’s Dine Development Corporation (DDC) and acting President for their 8(a) certified DDC Construction Services. Before joining DDC, Mr. Householder served as the Vice President of Contracts, Procurement & Pricing for DDC’s IT Services company, NOVA Corporation. Prior to his time with NOVA Corporation, Mr. Householder was a corporate vice president with Akima, a large Alaskan Native Corporation (ANC) and served on the Board of Directors of one of their 8(a) certified subsidiaries. He spent over 10 years helping the company grow from a single entity with just over $50M in annual revenues into a very substantial holding company with 28 subsidiaries and over $1.1B in annual revenues. Earlier in his career Mr. Householder spent time with CH2M Hill in Englewood, CO, JA Jones Management Services in Charlotte, NC and Johnson Controls World Services in Cape Canaveral, FL.. 

Mr. Householder served in the U.S. Navy Seabees for ten years primarily performing contracts administration and quality assurance functions in naval shore installation public works departments at various CONUS and OCONUS locations as well as other various military related duties.
